KFC - Urraween

The manager, Jack, was very helpful. After making a complaint at KFC Urangan, they gave me a free coleslaw. When I went to the KFC Urangan restaurant and asked for hot and spicy, they said they couldn't help. I called KFC Pialba, and even though they were sold out, Jack said he would put in a fresh batch for me. The service was great, even though it's fast food. They never turned away a customer. Well done.

The drive-through signage could be improved, and the staff member who took our order was rather abrupt and not very helpful. However, our mega feast box was freshly cooked and delicious, with all items included - a bonus! Overall, not too bad of an experience at KFC in Hervey Bay.

Don't go here, they're thieves you don't get what you've paid, any job I had was wrong and if you're trying to talk to them, they're not important. 55 dollars

Grandchildren wanted KFC for NEW JAHRE EVE dinner. I went to KFC bought a 21-piece dinner at 5:00. When we opened the boxes of chicken, the chicken coating was burned and the chicken dry. I called the branch manager at 7.45 and explained the problems. Store manager said good you can not expect it to be good, you should have eaten it right away. I explained we ordered KFC for picnics etc. and had no problem eating it even the next day. I tried to explain that the chicken didn't always cook in the boxes. The answer of the manager was WELL I DONT WISS IT MIGHT.

Simply the most incompetent, useless and hopeless facilities. Guaranteed every time you visit this place, they will get the order wrong, and if you delivered your kfc, you better believe that they miss half the order. If you call the rest and ask for the delivery, they refuse. Kfc Hervey Bay You are the epitome of hopeless
