Bidra med feedbackWe were standing there and we thought we'd have lunch at this place where time stopped. We had lunch and were satisfied both of the first dishes (tagliolini with mushrooms and dumplings made with chestnut flour accompanied by an object) and the second ones (stepped with wild boar and fried mixed pasta) also these vouchers. As for the wine we do not recommend that of the house, it is advisable to go on bottle wine. Prices are reasonable and the service is friendly and folkloristic. The accounts are still handy. Small restaurant that I recommend always booking
We went to this place at the end of July and every time it's like it was the first. It comes out from there a little more cheerful, with full belly and taste buds at feast. A place that is good for heart and body. Unexceptionable service and very low prices.
Home cooking, excellent value for money, service as in the family. If you pass by, come in to eat well.
Great home cooking!! Like those of grandmothers!! Staff very nice welcome.. surely we will return for Easter lunch
I was at Trattoria last December 22nd. I was welcomed by a snowy landscape as if it were in a fairy tale and then by the hospitality of Mrs. Tiziana. We had lunch in a room dedicated entirely to me and my guests. In obsquio to the covid rules but also to an appreciable, precisely, spirit of hospitality. Compared to what the menu offers we ahimé tasted a small part but it is enough to continue the journey in this charming place, of quiet and beauty of what man is able to build in nature. The dishes of the trattoria are culture of our land to be proud of and enjoy. I am a knowledge that the best way to celebrate and appreciate it is to be there and taste it with as much calm and patience that requires the preparation of the ingredients. the piaggi assaggiati: ravioli with wild boar sauce, chestnut dumplings with cream cheese, mushroom cutters, mushroom scaloppines, pastel vegetables, millefoglie with zabaione cream, sacher with jam. The batter of the vegetables is thin and fragrant and not unified as if it were a thin coat of snow, the millefoglie is in the majestic portion and in the real ingredients: the leaf is crisp and thin, the zabaione is of a consistency, color and perfume as if it was a recipe recovered from the past centuries. The place is spartan but this is what makes it even more authentic. Here the traveller must deserve the journey to get to the destination and not vice versa the destination to get rid of the costumes of other cities giving up their own. The restaurant at La Scala Urbe has to resist any temptation to storm according to other costumes and fashions. Excellent quality/price ratio. And then there near the Badia di Tiglieto. You deserve. Have a good trip! I'll be back soon
