Casey's - Urbandale

My friend and I always get pizza from here on Saturday evenings. they practically know us) He ordered it from here tonight as usual. We arrived to pick it up at the time it was supposed to be ready and they forgot to make it. This Caseys used to have really good people working in the kitchen but it seems like now they are lacking. They may want to re-evaluate who is working in the kitchen.

Justin was so helpful, I was having a bad day and he went above and beyond to make sure that I had a good shopping experience and found what I needed. He truly made my day and is a wonderful person. If he isn't already a manager he so should be. Keep up the good work Justin. If you see this

Placed an order 1 1/2 ago. Went to pick it up and waited 20 minutes only to be told they didn?t have our order. Showed them the order from our phone and they repeated that they didn?t have our order. Called in to complain to manager about it and she hung up on me. Very rude

An overall good experience inside and out. The gas pump area was clean, the windshield cleaner fluid was full, and there were both windshield cleaners (squeegee) and towels. Inside I was greated twice, and the men's bathroom was clean. We didn't buy any food, but the shelves looked well stocked, and there were about two dozen individual slices of pizza that looked recently cooked. They also had warm sandwhiches. We arrived around noon on a Sunday.

Great spot for pizzas and to pick up snacks on the go, but wasn 't much going on this stop today. Gas pump was stuck on please wait so couldn 't fill up and we ordered 3 pizzas that were over 20 minutes late as well.
