Papa John's Pizza - Urbana

Thanks to the two employees working tonight! I guess you help me wish my granddaughter a happy birthday when I couldn't be with her! You're great! Thank you! You did exactly what I asked under the circumstances that you were so busy and short employees!

We ordered delivery on a very cold, snowy night and our order arrived early, hot, fresh, and delicious! The pictures here are of some cheesy breadsticks and Chipotle seasoned wings. This place is perfect for late night pizza cravings, I have no complaints at all. I would definitely order from here again to fulfill my late night pizza cravings!

I ordered online for a border. It went well and the thin crust pizza plus parmesan papadias. Although I waited for some time at the parking lot right in front of the store, I did not get any delivery, but after approx. 10mins they got it. They were good and warm in a cold night. I liked the thin crust bbq pizza a lot. It was delicious and crispy.

We order Papa John about twice a month. We like Papa's pizza better than dominos and pizza hats, but honestly, we order it because (one of our 9-year-olds like it and (b it's relatively cheap. We like it if there is no oil residue on the cardboard (someone said dominos? The dough is too sweet for my taste, but that could be the reason why my son likes it...

UPDATE: I did contact Samantha, the stores manager. She was very apologetic and gave me my money back. Id like to say the delivery driver was thoughtful and provided plates as we were jot at home Extremely unprofessional! Tiera(Manager) will cuss you out WITH f-bombs then hang up on you. When asked how to reach GM. I was told her name is Samantha, but she'll tell you the same f'ing thing. The delivery took an hour and 45 minutes. Got an entire speal about one of the drivers got arrested for no insurance/drugs child support. They left off the sausage, pizza arrived cold and smooshed. (See pic) They wouldn't remake it because supposedly the ovens were off.
