Iron Post Beer Garden - Urbana

One of the best places to watch live and local music. I was always a fan of the way they work, and as long as I can remember, it was always consistently interesting. Whether Jazz, Bluegrass, Old Time or World Music genres, the Iron Post offers you a wide range of beautiful and eclectic music, more than any other venue. Get a beer and listen to some melodies, you will not be disappointed.

You have the best black bean burger I've ever eaten. They organize good events like poets at the post office and other musical things. The bartender is the greatest!

I love this dive. Sound system suck, but the acoustic (mostly jazz) groups are incredible. Love jazz? Pull back from your job to be a happy drunk in the mail.

Fun, friendly, musically inclined atmosphere. Service was okay few mistakes but it's a bar not expecting Michelin star service. I didn't drink but bartenders made my complex request for spite mix without hesitation. Musical Guests are treated well and with that of old friends.
