Bidra med feedbackI liked this place when it first opened, my husband likes sushi and l liked the ramen kyckling. We have visited now and then over the years but the last 3 visits were disappointing because they dont have ramen kyckling despite it still being on the menu. Today we left without ordering anything and l will not be back.
The food was average, or just below. The rice in the sashimi and the rolls was too compact, but all flavors were fresh and OK. Price per value is on the upper end.
It's so bad I wouldn't even call it sushi. Just some uncooked fish and really poorly cooked rice. Rice is very important for sushi, I think they didn't use the proper sushi rice and the rice is not even properly cooked. and you will pay a lot for that. Never eat there again.
While the food may not be the best, the restaurant's prime location helps it stand out. It's easily accessible for a quick sushi or bento box meal after a day of shopping. The staff is friendly and accommodating, but I was disappointed on my last visit. I was surprised to discover that I was charged an additional 15 Swedish crowns for miso soup, a dish that is typically included in the menu at other restaurants in Uppsala. This seemed like a cheap tactic to me. It's important to note that you should never skimp on miso soup - it's a cardinal sin in the world of dining.
The lamb dish tastes worse than the cheapest ready-to-eat packages available. The sushi seems to be made by someone who has never actually tried sushi before. I would only recommend this place to someone who has lost their sense of taste due to COVID, as otherwise, it's best to avoid. I am giving this restaurant 2 stars because the staff was friendly and helpful.
