Parksnackan - Uppsala

When I visited the restaurant, I inquired about their vegan options, and the staff member informed me that everything was vegetarian. He then proceeded to show me the vegan choices available. I was absolutely thrilled to learn that the lasagna was vegan! It tasted amazing, and the accompanying salad was outstanding—filled with olives, pickles, and sun-dried tomatoes, not just a small side salad! This charming café is situated in a lovely location, making outdoor dining a delightful experience. It's such a shame that they have to close for the winter!

The atmosphere was lovely, and I was pleasantly surprised by the vegan options. I tried the lasagna and couldn’t believe it was vegan—it was that good! Each plate was clearly marked, and it came with a side salad and a bean salad, making it well worth the price. I was so impressed with the food that I took home a slice of their cheesecake!

At Parksnackan, I enjoyed a delicious vegan lasagna, a braincake, some ice, and a variety of cakes. Everything was delightful! This is an excellent spot to bring non-vegan friends or those with allergies, as they offer options for everyone. It’s perfect for outdoor seating on a warm day. The staff is also very friendly and accommodating. Please note that they are closed in the winter.
