Bidra med feedbackThis place is horrible. There were 12 people in the group I was with. There was no in the front to greet us for several minutes. The bartender was our server. It was clearly too much for him even though he was friendly. My brother and I received food that was luke warm at best. The queso dip was not good. Our friend also told us that his fries and shrimp were cold. They brought my sister in law salmon with the wrong sauce. All of this after waiting a long time for her food. Drinks weren't refilled.The restaurant wasn't busy so I don't know what the issue is but what a waste of money.
At the Largo restaurant on Friday, October 28, 2022 we did curbside. We ordered the hickory bourbon salmon with mashed potatoes and steamed broccoli. The curbside restaurant personnel and assistant store manager was courteous and provided extra sauces and a friendly smile. Our meals were simply delicious. The portions were very generous for all three food items. And our meals were still pretty warm when we sat down to eat. Getting good service and good food is such a memorable experience.
So I visit this location on 9-27-2022 I sat at the bar it was one young lady bartenering at the time so I waited for her to finish up she never came to give me a menu or ask what I wanted it had been over 5 minutes now so I asked her for one and what specials they had. She slap menu on bar and then pointed at 1st page to say right here . I wait some more now it's about 10 minutes nothing happens. 2 guys walk in she immediately goes to them I intervened to let her know I been here she said they were her regulars thats why she helped them (was I invisible). I went off , the other bartender comes over to say she'll help me but I wanted the manager at this point. He comes over(T) I let him know what happened , I state I don't want her to help me anymore she say I don't want to anyway I get even madder. Needless to say the manager barely helped the situation because she still was talking trash in front of him I won't visit again. The manager and his employee need some customer service skills classes. NO STARS FOR ME
I usually don't write reviews but this place is awful. As soon as we entered the restaurant, the host looked annoyed. Once we were seated, the waitress sat on the table across from us and asked us what we wanted from there. Didn't introduced herself or anything. 3 things we ordered, they didn't had and once we got our food the waitress didn't came back to check on us until we were done eating. We had the menu on the table to order dessert and she came with the receipt without even asking us if we needed anything else. One side of the restaurant, smells like mildew and there was trash on the floor even though 2 employees were sitting close by. The bathroom was trashed too.
There is a reason why this place is poorly rated. Let 's start with entry- it stinks when you walk in and smells like wet leather and mildew. Secondly, I ordered today, 9/3/2022. I check my food in the car and it 's a considerably less amount than the dip I had earlier in the week (8/30/2022) I notify the host at the front and he takes the dip to the back. The manager comes out with the same dip hands it back to me and says the portions come measured already and that she won 't be filling. I don 't remember her name, I just remember she had bad eyebrows. I told her I came here recently and I received much more dip. This isn 't a enough dip for 2 people. I don 't want to be greedy, I just want my moneys worth. Restaurants charging more and giving less food. She just smiled condescending. I said so as a courtesy you won 't fill this up? She just shakes her head no. I walk away and she goes have a good day very condescending. I 'm sure if I got belligerent with her, or was rude, I would have been taken more seriously. So this Largo Ruby Tuesday will never have my money again.
