Terrible service. Called for pickup order, they declined even though I have been placing order over the phone since 2014 since their entire menu deos not even show on their app. So that leaves me no other choice but to place pickup order at this location over the phone for those items.I come here and wait in line and then wait for food for another 10 mins. And the cashier DOES NOT EVEN GIVE ME A RECEIPT to scan for my Aunty Anne 's rewards program. They said they emailed it to me . I checked and DID NOT RECEIVE EMAIL RECEIPT either.5-6 people in the store and not a single person could provide a RECEIPT for the transaction. So I loose rewards point and WASTE my time waiting in line and waiting for food, when they easily could have taken the order over phone since the item does not show on their ONLINE MENU. Store was not even busy. They just declined service over the phone and DID NOT PROVIDE A RECEIPT for the transaction.Management does not even bother to show up. Running a business without RECEIPT.
Tried to place a catering order online a week in advance and the website is broken. I was told to call when they opened on Saturday to place an order as they don't take the orders in person either. This morning when I went to place the order on the phone, I was immediately hung up on and then they stopped answering their phone.

Zero is a number.THIS IS A FRANCHISE. OWNED and ultimately Operated SourceFood. What that means is, you can’t go to the dollar store and buy Ziploc bags and put the pretzels in, much like you can’t go to the dollar store and buy solo cups, and tell me that it is a small, when in fact, it is not!!! You are required to purchase items with the franchise name on it.It’s funny how you don’t speak English when your wrong. But when obtaining a franchise the dollar is something you comprehend.The customer service was terrible. There is a way in which you speak to people putting money in your pocket and this experience was not that.The old female who kept telling me to relax. Does nothing. Is the machine slow or the operator? Why not convey that? Oh I know why because it’s you. Acknowledge your mistake and correct it.The old man hovering over the two younger females, one unable to attend the register without his breath on her neck. Without his foot a step behind the one Constantly opening a timed oven to turn ?. Then denying service after a refund was requested.In the America culture Everyone and Anyone can be wrong, can make a mistake, here your closed minded hierarchy DOES NOT EXIST.
