Jimmy John's - Upland

If I could give Jimmy John's delivery zero stars, I would. The service is consistently subpar they forget sandwiches, mess up orders, and today, the bread was as hard as a baseball bat. It's ironic, because dining in at Jimmy John's is always a pleasant experience, and the delivery drivers are great people. But the delivery experience is just not up to par. When I called to tell them our dissatisfaction they could care less. Time to find a new sandwich shop

No attention to detail when making your sandwich. Employees that don't care because there corporate boss also does not care. Last time I eat at Jimmy John's. I give up.

Came in at 8:14 pm and the door is locked when it states that open till 9 pm.

Disappointed! Service has gone down hill! I placed an order for pickup and it wasn't ready when they said it would be. I had to wait about 10 minutes just for them to tell me they hadn't even started my order.? Not so Freaking Fast today!
