Located in a village area, but many new buildings are coming up in surroundings. Nearby towns are atleast 6 kms away. The rooms are spacious. There's 24x7 security guards, and they are very cooperative. Very fewer power cuts, thanks to UGVCL.Too Hard-water, which even cause blocks in the pipeline. The roads inside the society is poorly maintained. Lights usually don't work. No proper drainage for rainwater. Don't imagine walking on shoes in a rainy day. No proper playing area for kids other than two rusted swings. No proper parking, few cars and motorcycles can be parked inside, remaining has to be parked out alongside the road. This is a society which has an irritable noise pollution. There are few dogs inside the compound. Usually the nights are sounded with dogs barking. If any function in any family or a common celebration, no one can sleep that night. An average place to live.

Worst society to live, corruption is at peak admist members, no development, no proper lights, no proper maintenance, no proper water facility, electricity is always on and off due to faulty electric system in the society... No proper parking facility or roads in the society.

Even in the heart of the city one can dream of house at unbelievable lower price. People of this area are blessed by MAA TAHUKANI CHEHHAR ADALAJ.

It is a very good place to stay. All flats are spacious and properly build. Lift is not available which is ok since max is only ground plus two. Society is well maintained.
