I went yesterday for some boards and boxes. Harmony checked me out asked for my phone number, read my name and then cleared my rewards account from the checkout. The boxes I bought weren’t the right size for the boards I was also purchasing. I went back today to exchange them but they do not process returns or exchanges.

I am always greeted warmly and helped quickly when needed! Great selection…love this store!
