This Taco Bell has some caring funny and enthusiastic employee’s. After a horrific and horrible TB experience at 10800 Lorain ave Cleveland Ohio. When I got to this one Missy (the manager) helped me out without a question. I got food today and OMG ? this Mexican pizza looks just like the picture. I can’t even explain how delicious it tasted as well. So thank you TB on west 117th in Lakewood Ohio, you guys are the real champs!Dietary restrictions: Respected my allergy to sour cream

I ignored it the first time, about 2 months ago when the same thing happened . But this is just too gross to keep reccuring . Usually when I ask for a certain sauce lately, they don 't get it right. Then they confirm and ask is everything on the screen correct ? It 's like they 're intentionally ignoring me . I asked for hot sauce 2x 's and they gave me fire anyway . And I didn 't even use them . Because they looked like this last time it was mild sauce and they were all peeled opened and still put into the bag ?

They are low on staff like everyone else! She said 3 ppl called off the day i went and they messed my order up. I got 2 $5 boxes and didn't even get it in a box and they forgot my cinnamon twist. They slushy machine was also down. Food was just slopped together and I really wasn't happy with this transaction. I will never come to this taco bell again. I'm cool. Don't recommend....

Man I don’t know who’s up there running that night crew but I couldn’t be more impressed. I ordered a couple times during the past week late at night and every time you guys do fantastic. The presentation is amazing. Nothing was falling out of my taco, perfectly constructed. My chalupas and soft tacos come perfect nothing falls out of the shell. Nothing was under proportioned even, it really was just perfect. I ordered a couple of those crispy chicken tacos (the one with the chicken strip inside) and it was almost built like a gyro. My cinnamon twist had a great amount of cinnamon and sugar, I don’t even care for them usually but man did I devour those. Im very surprised and extremely satisfied with this. I'm very taken back by how great this was. I don't ever want another Taco Bell to handle my food again, I will always come to this location from now on. Im pregnant and picky so take this review as a trophy lol.
