I've already said it with other shops/shops. we live in the united states of America! the spoken MAIN language is English. makers pls say/explain to their employees that when they work to speak English! Do not conversate with the employees in filipino! (or a language) it is rude to the NON-filipino/speaking customers as well as NON-filipino-speaking employees. If you prefer to speak in your mother tongue, make it at your home. the customer service or the lack of it is affected. eat for thought: if not for customers their business / business would not do it. So think? about what or how they want to be treated when they are the customer.
