Tries to buy a late night (3am). it was only told cash and no reward codes accepted that they have to pay the full price because the load is closed. when they are closed, why do they take my order? who is the money for the inventory they serve? ? wonders. no longer visit this place.

Ability to speak English would be nice. the ability to take an order without sending me to the kiosk would be nice. the ability not to leave me standing there for 15 minutes before they finally tell me that they can't take my order would be nice. I've been here for years and they're never always warm and fresh. one of the worst mcdonalds I've ever experienced. I would give zero stars if I could.

Very rude and argues with customers as they gave them the wrong orders. chased at the door lock driver who waited for 30 minutes for an order. had a poor child of about 12 years because he wanted his sprite and ranch dressing. he said to another child of about 15 years, it was his fault that he didn't get his vain. had on a poor girl who had problems with the self-service kiosk and refused to take her order so that she remained frustrated. that were all I observed while waiting for about 30 minutes on 2 burgers and 2 orders from pommes and 2 koks. some as the people in the drive thru the commands were not to fulfill 30 minutes. not safe, but I know that the entire staff must be retrained or maybe a new management.

The staff was helpful for me and others and extremely polite. my mother, age 85, always asks fresh coffee at mcdonald’s and she can say the difference. my please was filled with a smile and she checked with me to make sure she did it for me! I wish I got her name. thanks for super service!

Drive thru line had 3 to 4 cars in each lane. I decided to go inside to place my order of 2 items (fries and a drink).Waited 15 minutes after paying for my order. There was absolutely no urgency to get the food out.The Chick-fil-A across the street has lines out into the parking lot, is closed on Sundays, and still provides faster service than this McDonald's! Why does this McDonald's even have 3.3 stars for reviews?VERY DISAPPOINTED!!!
