Bidra med feedbackThe all-day breakfast at this restaurant was fantastic. The seeded bread toast, eggs cooked to your preference, and all the other fixings were delicious. In addition to the traditional bacon, sausage, and beans breakfast, there were five items on the specials menu. I opted for the steak pie, which was filled with tender steak, onions, and gravy and topped with a lovely pastry. The pie came with a side jug of rich beef gravy, perfect for dipping chips. The service was friendly, the restaurant was clean and bright, and the prices were very reasonable - less than ten pounds for a full plate of pie, chips, and peas or for the English breakfast. If you're not in the mood for a full meal, they also offer sandwiches, chip butties, scones, and cakes to enjoy with your tea or coffee. I highly recommend paying a visit!
This restaurant in Harrogate is one of the best places to have breakfast. The quality of the food is excellent, especially the locally sourced sausages which are some of the best I have ever tried. The owner is very welcoming and the staff are attentive. While many places in Harrogate charge a lot for breakfast, Truffles is very reasonably priced. They may not offer homemade baked beans, but everything is cooked to perfection and they are happy to accommodate your personal preferences. I would suggest adding an extra sausage, you won't be disappointed.
I have gluten, dairy, and egg intolerance as well as being a vegetarian, so dining out can be challenging for me. The staff at this cafe were extremely helpful and went above and beyond by checking the ingredients in the bread to ensure it was suitable for my diet. They prepared a jacket potato with tuna (without mayonnaise) and made me a customized salad. This level of service was exceptional compared to other cafes that often refuse to accommodate dietary restrictions. I applaud Truffles cafe for their excellent service and will definitely be returning in the future.
Brilliant little tea shop. I had a baked potato with roasted vegetables which was first class. I followed this with a fruit scone, again, lovely texture with plenty of fruit and butter.
Called in for coffee Saturday morning prior to a wedding in the afternoon and what a surprise we were greeted by young friendly staff offered a seat then given a menu. As I said we only called for coffee but after reading menu decided on petite breakfast this consisted of a round of crusty bread topped with grilled tomatoes back bacon and mushrooms what a great concept and all for around a fiver. Would recommend to anyone
