The service was disappointing as the staff were too preoccupied chatting amongst themselves, leading to a delay in taking our order. We were left waiting for an extended period of time just for a simple ice cream. The staff should prioritize attending to customers rather than engaging in conversations. Additionally, the tables were unclean. It is recommended that the establishment improves both hygiene standards and customer service. I would advise against visiting this restaurant.

I highly recommend this restaurant for dinner. The price per person ranges from £50 to £60. The food, service, and atmosphere all received top marks. Don't miss out on trying the Cookie Dough with Ice Cream, it's a must-try dish!

We have visited this restaurant multiple times since it first opened a few years ago. Unfortunately, the interior is starting to show signs of wear and tear with ripped seating, dirty display cabinets, and unclean tables. The lightbulbs also appear to be dirty. The one staff member we encountered did not seem to be properly trained in hospitality and lacked a welcoming attitude. However, she did make two very tasty waffles and milkshakes. It is important for management to address these issues before customers decide to stop returning to the restaurant.
