Texas Roadhouse - Union City

A lot of time to get in, we booked at 5:pm and they confirmed it at 6:pm. We arrived, we checked and they confirmed one more hour in total, two hours, too bad for that

The place was extremely packed filled with people. We got seated all the way in the back of the restaurant and felt like we were in the forgotten section. First off the table we were seated at was wobbly, we had to ask to put something under the table and was given a cloth to do it ourselves. When we received the starter breads we were not given any plates even after we received our appetizers we were not given any plates to eat with. Only until after we asked we were given DIRTY plates and utensils. Finally, one of our orders was cooked wrong. Overall, we should've been given clean plates and utensils and napkins to begin with, we shouldn't have to keep asking for things.

Everything is amazing except their Mac and cheese, if you like Kraft In the box Mac and cheese then Everything would be on point for you. Vegetarian options: There's I believe impossible burgers that I've seen on the menu. Parking: They have a shared parking lot and is sometimes difficult to find parking depending on what time you go. Around lunch time is there busiest and most longest wait times. Wheelchair accessibility: Yes there is wheelchair access and wheelchair accessible parking up front as well.
