Sushi Boat Restaurants - Union City

This place was very clean, which is usually the first thing I'm looking for in a restaurant. We sat right away, though I should say it was in the middle of the day on a Monday. Our food was served very quickly and it was fresh and delicious. The miso soup was good and the tempura was perfect together with the ingenious Lion King Sushi reels.

We ordered a Hawaiian roll, Dragon Roll The Sushi was extremely large and they were generous with their avocado, very little filler was used. The dragon roll was a standout, the presentation and the combination of spicy and sweet flavors are a beautiful addition. A must try. Food: A The interior of the restaurant had beautiful wooden tables and gave the restaurant a modern feeling. The possibility to sit on the sushi bar is nicely arranged. Wednesday at 1:00. It was quite empty (less than six tables and two people on the bar). With two servers, I thought the service should be better. My mother and I had to ask what more tea should be? Sushi is disappointing. It was very cold of all cold tempura, cold rice, cold aal. Had?t expected a hot dish, but I felt like I was eating left over instead of freshly made sushi, even if I just ordered and dine in the restaurant. I gave a three stars because the sushi person at the bar actually observed customers more than the servers! Since his hand is busy, his eye contact is also noticeable. I can't say I'm going back or recommend going. It is located near the theatre and everything.

Cute restaurant, delicious sushi, friendly staff. Both the sushi bar and the table service was excellent. The hot tea was most appreciated on a cold rainy night, and our waitress kept our cups filled. We all enjoyed our meals. The price was quite reasonable. I'd definitely recommend Sushi Boat.

The service was excellent, and the food arrived promptly. They have a dedicated vegetarian section on the menu. The restaurant is conveniently located near Century Theaters.
