Steak N Shake - Union City

I've never been so angry. I went to Steak and Shake in Union City, GA 6789 Shannon Parkway, Union City, GA 30291 I ordered 5 different meals 4, of which had individual burgers and one of the meals that had a double cheese burger flour (missed one of the Patty 's) . I went in to ask them if they could overtake my burger and the owner told me that I had to bring back every burger. I told him I checked every burger and brought my back in to be repaired. The owner refused to make my burger, and I told him I had kids in the car and he could literally add only one patty to my sandwich. He refused and told me he didn't overpower my sandwich. I told him to just reimburse me for the sandwich because I was in a hurry. The owner told me he didn't refund me. Then he continued to tell me that sometimes the Patty's can hold together, but I made sure I checked every sandwich. I told him that every mistake makes and the right thing to fix the mistake. I even told him I don't have to steal or make an excuse to get an extra patty on a sandwich. I told him I worked hard and I can afford the things I want, I pointed out to my car and told him it looks like I had to lie over a fucking sand. I'm angry. The owner told me he didn't want to hear it and he'll call the police. I told him to go and call, the owner tells me what you want. As a trained BLACK WOMAN, I will not stand for someone who is not Black who lives and has founded in an area full of people who tell me that the police will believe him about me. Why people continuously place places of business in our neighborhoods just to treat us like animals. Please do not apply this location of the company and tell everyone you know. After I return home, I want to distract myself from how I will move and my next action plan.

The food is terrible. Patty doesn't taste like hamburgers. Like Soyburger or something. More salad and tomatoes then everything. The Shake melts faster, then you can drink it. Customer service is great at night. This place deserves one? Ill.

Had to give my order like 3 times, then they still had trouble checking it when I went to pay. Fries were in the bag at the top and all the food was lukewarm or cold. Very disappointed

I'm trying to avoid eating, but I forgot my lunch from home, so I went here for lunch. After the order I realized that no one behind the counter wore a mask or gloves (except the woman in the register). Unresponsible and a certain health risk. The ironic part is that you need to wear a mask to enter the building. Never again.

This was my first time coming to this particular Steak and Shake and I have to say that Chris (not sure if he was the manager or shift lead) was so professional and kind. I had a bit of a complicated order but he made sure I had fresh fries and that my food was made properly. He didn?t rush me at all! I don?t live anywhere near this Steak and Shake but I?ll make the trip because of his excellent customer service! The food is also amazing!
