Captain D's - Union City

Very poor customer service!!!!! Front door was locked. Once we able to get in there was absolutely no acknowledgement or greeting. In fact, the employee was eating. I left before being waited on because of mere disgust.

Captain D's was challenging, today...Was in line for 36 mins, I get to the window a young sweet guy said they were out of bread could I order something, else? BUT, they found some bread ???? BUT, I had to wait another 25 minutes because, they forgot to cook the jalapeño poppers!(Everything was already paid for so, I couldn't leave) In All, it came out, ok......That line is, Fierce!

This is definitely NOT the giant spicy fish sandwich I saw trending on TikTok! I waited in line for this garbage.

I come here at least once a week but for some reason the drive thru young lady working this particle day must have had a bad night or something. Was very rude. She shouldnt be working with the public. Place her in the back where she does not have to interact with folks. Definantly not a people person.

Love it and wish I heard it in South Florida! I always make a point to visit this when I come to the city because it's so close to my mother's house and I'm never disappointed.
