Burger King - Union City

If I could give this location zero stars I would. It is the closest location to my house, but the last 3 times I have gone they have messed up my order and I have ordered on the app which should avoid these problems. All the details of my order areprinted on the receipt but the people who work there do not care. On the second time they messed up, I asked them to fix it andthe girl at the drive thru window told me to park and she would bring my food out to me, but I watched a car order at the drivethru, and then leave with food and no one was coming out with my food. I went inside and all of the employees were at the frontchatting and the girl that promised she would bring my food to my car acted stupid like she didn 't know what i was talkingabout. This time is the last time I will ever go here. I paid extra to have bacon and cheese added to my whopper and neitherone was put on the sandwich. The people at this location do not understand the have it your way motto that Burger King isknown for.

"The service was excellent. Although they were a bit slow, they made up for it by giving us extra nuggets. I will definitely be coming back."

The restaurant could use some improvements in their drive-thru area. There is a steel plate in the ground that is a bit concerning when you drive over it. Additionally, there is an abandoned SUV in the parking lot missing three out of four tires, which gives off a negative impression. However, the food quality is good with no complaints.

I asked to use the bathroom, but the manager that time open the MENS bathroom even I asked to use the womens bathroom. but she insist to use it instead and the those mexican guys laugh at me as soon as I walked out of the bathroom. It happens 2pm inDecoto Ca I was so depressed and until now I felt I was HARASSED and DISCRIMINATE By this manager in this area. She is mexican

This was my first experience at this restaurant in the United States. I was a big fan of their Whopper burgers back in India, so I was excited to try their burgers when I saw their logo in Union City. The service was excellent, and I was treated well even though I wasn't sure what to order. We ended up ordering the chicken sandwich, but unfortunately, I was disappointed with the taste as it was a bit too salty. Perhaps I just had bad luck with the food compared to the great service. Despite this, I am looking forward to returning and hoping for a better choice next time.
