Burger King - Union City

I recently used a $5.99 coupon at this restaurant, which included 2 Whopper Jrs, 2 fries (the best fries!), and a fish sandwich. The total came to $13.00, which was a bit pricey. I recommend using their direct mail coupons to save money. The food was good and the service was fast, even faster than In-N-Out. I had trouble finding the drive-thru, so I ended up walking in instead.

Been here my whole childhood but 2 days ago when I went the workers were goofing off, she and another worker were drinking mixed fountain drinks and I didn?t receive some of the food I wanted, they didn?t charge me but If they did this would still be 100%unacceptable.

Good food, but I couldn't find the drive thru! Parked and went in, the counter service was great and they explained how to find the drive-thru, for my next visit.

The drive-thru cashier was extremely impolite. They made a mistake with my order and I didn't notice until I got home to feed my children. I had to drive all the way back to have them fix what I had purchased. The manager had to come out and confirm what I had paid for, even after I showed her my receipt.

The taste of the french fries is awful. The hamburger was barely warm and definitely not hot. The service was also lacking. I have visited this Burger King frequently, but I will not be returning.
