The second time when they go to this place, and every time they messed up my drink, leave an ingredient out. the first time I didn't go back as much as ever, but this time it went again to ask them to add red tapioca, and they did, but they were so rude about it and they laughed all in the back. how disrespectful. also, my drink was so watered, only to look at the picture. definitiw worst of all Bambu industry in the bay area.

Today, I went back to Bambu and noticed that they had increased their prices and no longer offered free toppings. It used to be that you could choose 2-3 free toppings, but now they charge $0.50 for each topping. I ended up paying $14 for 2 drinks that were tasteless. Even my husband, who usually finishes his drinks, didn't like them and left half of his drink untouched (see attached image). I hope the taste and quality of the drinks return to how they used to be, along with the promotions and deals, or even the loyalty points system.

The consistent flavors are evident throughout the entire Bay area.

Pretty good for a traditional hot Vietnamese coffee.
