Sushi John Dory's Gateway

Wow! The sushi AMAZING! Do yourself a favor and have the Chorizo and calamari starter (spicy), so utterly delicious! The service seemed slow, but the manager was very attentive and advised that they were short staffed. This is definitely our new fave place when we come to Durban

Was a good family lunch. 4 adults and 2 kids under 6. Service was at reasonable speed. Food was awesome. The kids menu is great too. The only possible down side is the kids area is up some stairs. Cannot be changed though so understand. The area though is great and the kiss enjoyed it Love the sign above the fish tank

Love JD's, just one thing I wish you guys did. Make the rainbow trout options cheaper. Because it's more expensive people tend to not order it. Because it is sustainably sourced it should be advertised better and made as a cheaper option. We are about saving the environment aren't we?
