Pizzeria I Mandriani - UMBERTIDE

Approved! Perfect value for money. I really like coming to this pizzeria because the environment is really quiet and spartan (in the good sense of the term). Good pizza, quite thin and super digestible. The only flaw is that the condiments suggested on the menu are too many and unlikely, very often I choose the ingredients myself without being guided!!

Good food and good service but when they have all the tables full they run into big trouble

We couldn’t get an answer on telephone so chanced it for a group of ten . No problem . Service a bit slow but that’s the Italian chill factor . Food very good . Calzone a bit hit .

Clearly a family restaurant, and busy. 180 degree view of the local valleys, and wonderful sunset. We were well cared for by the service, wines Ok but nothing special. Three of us had scalloping of varying flavours, but actuLly we all mentioned that the meat was rather tasteless and relied on the additions of a variety of sauces. We were a little disappointed. The Antipasta was delightful and plenty of different tastes, we enjoyed this starter between us. The cost was reasonable, and we would return, but choose something a little more flavourable.
