Bidra med feedbackI have been ordering from Qdoba 1-3 times a month. I usually order for the next day's lunch since I am busy. I placed my order online and picked it up. I was the only person in the restaurant at that time and the staff did not seem very friendly. An elderly Mexican woman was preparing my food and I noticed that she forgot the condiments I had requested. The portions seemed smaller than in my previous orders but I did not say anything and left. The next day, when I was preparing my lunch, I realized that there was no meat in my bowl, only vegetables. I called the restaurant and the person who answered was polite and asked me to wait. A girl then got on the phone and sounded annoyed as she told me she would refund my money, but it would take 2-3 days. It seemed like she just wanted to get me off the phone.
The service was excellent and the food was served hot and fresh.
I've never eaten here before so I wasn't sure what to expect. I got the taco salad with tender steak and one scoop of guacamole. (I already ate it when I took the picture) and it was really good. They have 3 options for non-spicy salsa, which is nice.I like that they use Romain lettuce and they gave me a lot of meat.I was going to get the nachos but I was concerned it would be too spicy. The server let me try it first and it was, so I'm glad she did that!
Avoid this location as the employees get upset if you make any modifications to your order. They intentionally messed up my order when I asked for a few changes to my burrito. The employees are lazy and the food is subpar. I do not recommend dining here.
You got rid of the one thing keeping me coming here versus Chipotle. Do you guys got rid of your impossible meat and you don't have any substitutions. Guess I'll just go to Chipotle from now on sadly.
