Never a bad experience from this location! Fast and efficient delivery : Drivers are always prompt and friendly. No complains here and DELICIOUS food,always.

I have always been happy with the quality coming from Jimmy John's and the Freaky Fast has been amazing. Admittedly, our office is right down the street so that doesn't hurt. The last few weeks I've tried to order only to find their online ordering down. I've called to see if there was a problem and if I could order on the phone but get a message that the line isn't in service right now. Did this location go out of business? Closed due to staffing issues? COVID? I'd appreciate a heads up if anyone else knows.

I would like to take the time to write a review about this location. I placed an order for over 300+ sandwiches for an event at my workplace. I appreciate all the effort Dante and his team put in to delivering the best service possible. His team helped me put everything in the car, and was kind enough to give me some extra boxes and napkins. I had to make multiple trips and my order was freaky fresh every time! The team was very flexible when I asked if they could make 100 more sandwiches my team really enjoyed them I will definitely be coming back for another event:

If I could put 0 stars I would!! Did delivery and the sandwich looked like it was made by a toddler. the bread was very hard.

Perhaps it had been a tough day for the manager because he was severely lacking in politeness. The guys who put my sandwich together were great, but the manager clearly did not want to be there. Maybe he’ll have a better day tomorrow. I won’t go find out.
