Dinner: Wild boar roast with late zle and a small supplement salad. The supplement salad would have been almost a meal, fresh, crisp, tasty with potato salad, cucumber salad etc. The wild boar roast was very, very delicate and aromatic, maybe a little too much soaked in sauce, but that's a matter of taste. The Spätzle-Knöpfle: fluffy and buttrig, strong in taste, really teigy. For vegetarians it's not so much to find. We were very fond of a humorous lady who seems to have fun at your work. The interior allows many guests, but through the different levels and niches it is also very homely and cozy.
