I spoke with a knowledgeable gentleman who, like many other representatives, assured me that he would follow up and get back to me. Although he did call me back himself, I am pleased to report that I eventually received a call from Nomonde at Kwanobuhle KFC. She successfully resolved my complaint, demonstrating her competence.
