Worst Taco Bell ever,, They should just shut it down.. Always out of something,, the new dipping tacos came out goes to order one, gets told there out of meat. Wait a couple days go back and gets told there discontinued.. They just came out!! Engalfield Oil needs to give this place up.. if there not out of something you sit for 10 to 20 minutes to get waited on,, then your order is never right.. Food: 2 Service: 1

Worst Taco Bell I've ever had. I ordered a Cheesy Gordita Crunch craving box. Asked for no tomato on the burrito supreme. The chips and cheese dip weren't even in the bag, so that was a good start. The burrito supreme had tomatoes and did not look like a burrito supreme. It was a soggy disgusting burrito with tomatoes and brown soggy paste inside that was probably made 3 days ago. Didn't even try to eat it. The Doritos taco was broken in 4 pieces and wetter than the burrito on the bottom. Straight to the trash bag with the burrito. 0/3 at this point. The Cheesy Gordita Crunch was the only edible thing and barely. So almost $10 and only 1/4 of the items was edible/given to me. It was also not busy at all and the drive through was still really slow. The girl at the window was friendly. That's literally the only positive thing that I experienced. Kind of ridiculous to make people sit at your speaker for 10 minutes. After being told a few times that it would be a few minuteI asked how much longer until I could order. Some boy got on the speaker and was very snippy. He said he had more important customers with door dash orders to worry about. 3 cars behind me, 1 at the window. 0 people parked to go inside. Poor management, poor customer service.its always been terrible but I won't be back after that experience. Do better Taco Bell. Very surprised the owners don't take a little more time to improve their hiring ability. Sad. Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
