Bidra med feedbackSo many interesting and unique tea cocktails. The bartender knew the menu like the back of his hand. Water was rarely empty. The ambience was chic.
Mixology Salon was the highlight of my Ginza cocktail experiences. An elegant small place on the top floor of a department store, the staff was very professional and friendly. Compared to other Ginza bars I visited, I was the only foreigner in this bar. The other patrons were quiet the experience and it brought a disgusting feeling for the drinks I enjoyed. The cocktail master has an incredible ability to design drinks with tea, which is a challenging aroma to work with its embossing to astringent and subtle flavor notes. He was also very humble and took the time to explain the menu and various types of cocktails offered. I had the Gyokuru cocktail course with the selection of the Roasted Rum Manhattan for the second course and the Matcha Martini for a last addition. Every drink was perfect. I look forward to returning to my next visit to Ginza.
What a great experience! I am a cocktail bar magician and I took my staff there to expand their horizon in cocktails After disappointment we had found this hidden gem a small and intimate spot with an elegant atmosphere from the high five bar. All cocktails and spirits had clear tea notes. To create a tea cocktail you must have: a good tea infusion or tea spirit with strong aroma and notes, without exaggerating a subtle blend of flavors without reducing the light notes of tea. This place manages to nail these 2 points extremely well. We ordered a variation of sweet martini, manhatten and a few other all were very different and minimalist and attractive presented. The staff was very nice and polite and answers all our questions about the process and add the ingredients, for the table fee we have a very sweet and delicious banana cake and rice cracker Amazing experience and I will definitely return
I have to say I knew this was the perfect bar when I had my second drink. First I went to the bar when she first opened, although they are still ready to offer the best service. The cocktail is very smooth and coordinated, the basis of fruit and tea is amazing, and the technique of the bartender is fast and precise. The cocktail with tea is even more amazing, and it will cost differently over time. From this store I recommend to everyone who likes to visit cocktails. The smooth and meticulous Japanese cocktail will definitely leave a deep impression on you. I'll give it 10/10. I think it fits all customers.
Despite the generic-“wanna be trendy” name, this is a really Japanese bar with great tea based drinks. I think you should really order from the menu: their tea-infused-spirits cocktails are extremely well-thought out and delicious. I tried two and they both were excellent. One was a hojicha infused rum Manhattan and the other played intelligently on the fruitiness of the Punk IPA.
