Service very bad,TV not working, tea item not available in room,after 8 am approx above 10 call...reception not pickup call

Owner was very very polite. Hot water was provided on request. I took a single room, it wasn't great. But I was shown a double room, which seemed value for money.

Rooms are very small, situated in market.. one of the 2 available hotels in the district

(i) Smells of cigarette smoke all around, including inside the room. (ii) Dirty rooms bathrooms. (iii) Small rooms, feels suffocating. (iv) Weird colors and lights. But in a small town like this, there aren't many options.

Good rooms are available, please insist to check rooms before checkin. Staff is polite and helpful.
