Bidra med feedbackThe restaurant is overlooking the street leading up to the iconic City Palace of Udaipur. It has comfy chairs and large tables scattered across, with a few plants that add to the beauty of the place. The place seemed hygienic. The service staff is well trained and the food arrived on our table in a short amount of time. Their menu has a lot of options to choose from various cuisines and one would definitely find something to eat that they like on it. We had the following here : Malai Kofta Firstly, the quantity of this dish was just great. It was more than enough for two of us. Worst place ever. Staff was so much in a hurry. The moment we rchd, they handed over order book to us and asked us to write down the order on our own. Whereas Three waiters were busy entertaining a group of 8. We ordered masala pulao. Can't say it was great. While asked for onion and pickle, they said its chargeable. 30 rs for 10 slice of onion and pickle. They just dropped the food and bill and started running as if we are eating for free. We did card payment. After inserting card, he mumbled something that wasn't audible at all and took our card away without permission. We asked him to wait but he didn't listen. We had to run behind him. Worst staff. Worst Service. I do not recommend.
The only poor food experience in my 4 days stay at Udaipur. The dal had a piece of utensil cleaning plastic fiber in it, the waiter missed noting 1 of our dishes and they added extra items in the bill!
Tandoori Brocolli, pesto Spaghetti And Pasta were amazing here. Have had Coconut lassi which was pretty amazing and thick. Pizza and pasta. Plus Kashmiri Dum Aloo surprised me. Do try it
Rude waiters. Didn't even take order, when asked repeatedly he came and asked to write the order. Very rude and unacceptable. The food might be good, but service is way below par.
