In hot chocolate fudge chocolate should be hot but it was not at all hot. Rest was good

Everything about this place was fine except the irritating aunty who runs this place, she destroyed my mocha sundae experience by shouting on her staff on internal issues in front of customers.

I love this place always. Staff with Happy to help nature. Each flavour gives you authenticity. The sitting arrangements are alao really good outside the parlour.

One of my favourite ice cream parlour in Udaipur I tried the black currant and belgian chocolate ice cream if you not a sweet tooth person I recommend you go for black currant

We had heard a lot about Giani's and decided to visit it and we weren't disappointed at all.They have a wide variety of ice creams, shakes, gelatos and tawa ice cream too the actual one that is!Their Gelato's are extremely smooth and absolutely delightful!We had the Black Chocolate packed for home! They also pack ice creams in take away boxes.Later on we asked for this Chocolate Sundae the exact name I'm unable to remember though, I have uploaded the photograph. That was delectable! Served in a waffle cup with loads of chocolate ice cream done on a cold tawa, topped with chocolate shavings, sauce, mnm's, and waffy!I loved it!!
