Rumah Makan Nick's - Ubud

I've read some reviews, and maybe the evil of people who take along. But for us, from a number of restaurants we have eaten, this is by far one of the best. Their tempura vegetables were perfectly cooked and also delicious. You also took us on a few enquiries with our food and changed some of the sauces for us to more our pleasure. They also have Balinese Dancers, which on a Monday, Wednesday, and a Friday without a charge for the customer. Finally, the employees are amazing and very helpful. Many of them have exceptional English, and they were able to visit us some good tips and places on our roaming trip around Bali.

My wife and I waited for around an hour and a half for the food to be delivered; with a 55 minute wait for a ceaser salad. The restaurant wasn 't even half full, with only 5 tables occupied throughout the time we were there. When the food finally arrived it was of a good quality and the portions and presentation was nice. My wife ordered a pineapple fruit juice and it came with 80% of it being foam, she took a few sips and it was gone, she complained and was given another drink, which I later found on the bill, despite it being complimentary for messing up the fruit juice. For the sake of 16.000 I couldn 't be bothered arguing but the lack of consistency and enthusiasm by the staff just irked me to the point that I wouldn 't eat here again.
