Beautiful Christmas menu. excellent value and good service.

We had to wait make a reservation online for the urban kitchen. Upon punctual arrival, we were informed that they were closed had to once again eat at the other hotel restaurant. We made a reservation specifically to have a new dining experience. This is unacceptable. While again dining at the other hotel restaurant, the service was terrible. We had to ask several times for drinks. We canceled our dessert, since we waited over 2 hours for the meal.

Simple menu well executed. Service friendly and efficient. Charge charging point a bonus.
