Bethlehem Tyrrellspass

Stopped off her on Bank holiday Monday hoping for a nice dinner. Judging by the number of cars in the car park we thought it must be half decent! WE WERE WRONG!!! The place is unfortunately being run by young kids, who through no fault of their own lack the structure to run a busy restaurant. We got our starter in about 10 mins, a vol au vent which was thrown together. That was the last bit of food we saw for another 70mins! When our food did finally arrive we received two slices of beef and mash lying very unappetisingly on the plate SMOTHERED in gravy!! A side of veg which was practically raw. My partner had the fish and chips tripping in grease, half warm chips and no peas etc. After nearly two hours in the place and a vey disappointing meal and service, I can safely say we won't be returning!!!

Been coming here for years.. This year ive been 4 times and with such rubbish service i decided to give it one more chance but i WONT be back..the tables are dirty and sticky... The staff are lazy and they wear dirty acrylic nails which i find so unhygienic when they are serving food... The menus are just boring and so outdated... The chips stink of old cooking oil and you would have needed a chisel to break through the top of the lasagne i was served... Even the coleslaw tastes like it was defrosted... Nasty... The spuds are bland, the veg is wrinkly... Dont bother stopping here!

Shambolic have been coming here for years and was left so disappointed after today. We had to give our order 3 times, when food came it was wrong and on the final time my order was something like a childs meal. Staff all over the place today and not as attentive as other days.

We stopped in here for food on our way home from Knock. The food was amazing and the staff were very friendly and helpful. This is the third visit and again it did not dissappoing. Thank you!

We were asked for our covid certs and they also scanned them for validity. All doors open , it was cold . Didn’t find staff very friendly. Had Turkey and Ham , was excellent and my husband had chicken curry which he liked, when I paid, I wasn’t asked if my meal was ok, normally I would always tip but these girls did not impress me so I didn’t
