Nolo Bistro - Tyngsboro

The food was excellent. the problem was that the tablecloth was not clean, the bookcase we were sitting next to was dirty and crumbling

Dined at NOLO for Valentines Day and enjoyed their prix fixe menu. Amazing food, quiet restaurant, upscale bar.

The food was excellent and our server was very friendly, but we sat down at 6:30, ordered apps, drinks, dinner, and dessert and didn't leave until 10:30. Thankfully we were staying at the hotel and weren't in a rush, but in any other situation, we would left after the apps.

The service and food were horrible. My husband ordered a drink on the rocks by the time it got to our table the ice was completely melted. It took forever for the waitress to take our entree order. Our water glasses were never refilled unless we asked and that was all I was drinking. I had clam chowder that was as thick as wallpaper paste. Our entrees, steak tips that were overcooked flavorless and shortribs that were cooked so well done they were gray, very fatty and so tough I could barely cut them with a knife, were two of the worst dinners we have had in ages. I never tell the waitress that my food is bad but I really felt the need to tell her just how disappointed we were with our meals. Considering we spent over $100 for dinner for two, we won't be returning to NoLo anytime soon.

Poor service. 45 minutes to get served drinks. Drink poorly made. 1.5 hours to be served good. Given wrong bill at the end which was 40 too much.
