Taco Bell - Tyler

Most incompetent employees I've ever seen. Couldn't take an order to save her life. They asked to repeat the order back and it was like talking to a drunk after a 3 days bender. Got the job home and I was impressed that they could get the food in a bag. NOTHING was right about it. I'm not sure if it was even a TACO BELL to which I went at this point or a cafeteria in a mental health facility and the patients ran the place.

This Taco Bell on the 5th is garbage. Every time I order a large number of articles, I get it missing with 1-2 articles. 11-8-2020 was left with a chicken tac. I didn't get a reception either. Customer service was bad this whole year. I'll never go again.

Apollyon? This is the third time that I ordered a vegetarian burrito from this place. Unlike other sites, this Taco Bell has no problems in accepting my food restrictions. Great work.

The lady who worked the speaker and the guy was very pleasant.

I ordered my food on the app and ordered all combos. Sent my husband to pick it up and they couldn?t find the order, were rude, and the food was very poorly made. Cold chalupas, with like 3 pieces of meat, sloppy Churchy tacos, and they forgot to give him ALL the drinks. Called and asked for a manager, of course the manager answered the phone ?Jessica Lopez?, she said come pick up the drinks, that I couldn?t get due to the distance and time that would of took. I asked for a refund and she said she wouldn?t do that to call the main number. I?ll call and tell them about it tomorrow. Simply POOR service. Will not eat or order from there again.
