Kfc - Tyler

Order a 2 piece dinner crispy. Asked and paid for a breast and leg. Didn't get it and it wasn't crispy. It was mushy. The mac n cheese looked like they scraped the bottom and sides of the pan to fill my order. I threw it all away. It wasn't fit to eat. Will not return. I hate giving a bad review but I couldn't find anything good to say about it.

I was NOT happy with my order. I went for the $20.00 fill up box and always substitute the fries for a family size Mash potatoes and slaw, This go round they tell me they can't do it like that and I'd have to pay for an additional slaw and potatoes, ok cool no problem. My issue is the chicken was hard as a rock and the buscits were burnt and hard. I was NOT going to drive all the way back but I will not be going back for a long time.

I really enjoyed my experience today at the Broadway location. The manager “Shorty” really exceeded my expectations of ANY fast food restaurant. She was very helpful and kind. The food was great as well.Thank you so much!
