Dunkin' - Tyler

Always out of everything. Staff are very lazy, but what can you expect post-pandemic. This Dunkin’ used to be decent, but the latest management has put it in the ground. We need a Krispy Kreme here in Tyler!

Staff are not friendly, rude and not smile. This place is not welcome at all. Stay away from this place. This staff needs training to handle customers.

How does this look like a cup of coffee? And a big one. My husband has the same thing, and while he was still low, it wasn't almost that bad. We showed the cashier and she just offered to put more milk in him. How. I get this milk part of the recipe, but you are not really offering to repair it, easy to dilute. That's pretty terrible. Better.

A nice fresh dunkin donuts. It's very nice inside. Great updated menu. Appropriate prices. The best donuts out there. Our server Bre was great. Very happy we're back.

I love Dunkin’ Donuts coffee. But whenever I go to the store I ask them to make my hot coffee extra hot. It’s always comes out Luke warm or even cold. Doesn’t matter how much I stress that I want the coffee hot. They refuse to make it hot. Not sure why I wish there was another Dunkin’ Donuts franchise in Tyler
