Bidra med feedbackTo be honest....not happy at all. the evening shift manager should definitely look for another training. there is a certain service with a 300 dollar dinner to expect. they were extremely busy, what to expect. I have reserved for the day of my mannes. I asked her to bring him a dessert with a good day in chocolate. that never happened. the waiter was never informed. I'm not sure if this is the host or how this process works. we never got our brot, so we realized after our appetizers that all the others had brot and asked for us. it took about an hour to get our food. that's busy to understand. we ordered a steak with the Oskar steak. we have the steak, but not the topping, so we have asked our waiter and he apologised and commanded. about 20 minutes later he says it's still cooking. we say it's okay, we know her work. then the waiter comes back, who ended our dinner at the time. he says he's sorry he dropped it. he offers us a free dessert. what I thought would be my special, but he forgot. So then we ask for a box for the dessert to go and about 15 minutes later nothing, so we just go. the waiter obviously had a bad night. but in addition, the lack of communication in this restaurant between all parties is even the cook, not on the way to par. I call the manager after our experience and he says this is not a good time. I'm telling him I'm sorry I was just here and I have to discuss my experience with them. I tell him what happened and he says you're busy, what do you want like a little gift card? the worst 300 dollars we've ever spent and we've made some pretty bad decisions with mo ey in our lives.

We loved it! the eating was amazing, our waiter was brilliant we will definitely recommend and come back to this place!
It was new years eve, so my expectations were a little lower. The experience was better than that I thought it would be. The food was outstanding, the service was very good. The ambiance is not great for fine dining in my opinion. The tables are very close together I am always amazed that the wait staff aren't crashing into each other. The noise level is very high, so that the 4 of us had a hard time hearing each other. We chose Dakotas because we had a gift card, it is usually not my first choice due to the noise and previous experience with cold food, wrong food orders. However, I'll give it another try based on this experience.
I was not happy with my meal. I did send it back and was able to get full on bread and veggies only. Was totally disappointing as I order this regularly and could tell right away it was NOT right. I did inquire if there was a new chef and sure enough yes. I am definitely thinking of trying a new spot for what use to be my favorite filet in town.
