Aspen literally slayed the boots house down was literally eating and left no crumbs (not really) and serving 10/10

Love this place and highly recommend the pink Cadillac martini it's fantastic and the burgers are amazing great staff as well

Baylee was our server and she was AMAZING! Customer Service was above and beyond! Baylee never get out of food service or customer service we need ppl like you. Please ask for Baylee when visiting BJs. We got the great white pizza, Sriracha queso, strawberry pazookie and a nutty Brunett. Everything was super delish! This was definitely the best experience we've had at BJs. Keep up the great job Baylee

I got a cheese burger and fries. It was covered in a sauce that was alot like thousand island which I don't care for and the fries it came with were cold and tasted like they'd been under a heat lamp for a while. The bathroom was filthy. The waitress we had was the only redeeming thing about the place. The other 2 people with us liked their food they said but my wife and I both aren't feeling well after eating our burgers.

The place was very clean and had friendly staff. Our food order was correct, prompt and hot and was perfect. I had theAhi Tuna salad, and it was the best I have had. I highly recommend it. My only disappointment was that I told both the hostess and waiter it was my daughters bday, and I was ignored both times. I found that odd! ? Our table of 3 had an appetizer, entrees, and 2 desserts.Parking: It was actually rather like a pinwheel to get to the restaurant thru the parking lot. Same thing when trying to leave the restaurant. We were forced thru the mall parking lot to exit.
