Bidra med feedbackOrdered a specialty cake, flavor vanilla almond. The cake was beautiful and delicious! Wonderful friendly service! Highly recommend and will be ordering from again. Thank you!
I ordered a chocolate cheesecake specifically for a special person's birthday and was sure to order it in advance. When I got the cake and drove back to my work I opened it to look at it and found that it wasn't chocolate it was a plain cheesecake. I called and was told I could drive all the way back over there and they would give me a refund. I did not have time to go back over there and then would have no birthday cake because she said it would take a day and a half to remake it. No refund was offered and no other solutions. I had the wrong cake for a birthday and they did nothing to make it right. I can't believe they didn't care enough to try and help make someone's bday right. Terrible service.
When I walked into BB bakes it smelled like an old fashioned bakery. I literally close my eyes just to be able to take in the smell better. I don’t know how to post pictures on this review but we just took home the most beautiful two Fourth of July pies and precious hand dipped Oreo cookies. The chicken salad we bought was amazing as well. For the record, pause tasted even better than they looked.
Delicious food and desserts! Hallmark level service and hospitality
First time I have visited BB Bakes was today and it was delicious! Located right off Hwy. 155 South. This is a family owned, not a huge franchise. During these times of COVID 19, it's my feeling that we need to be looking for such places. We were greeted with a friendly smile and questions were answered about the menu. Speaking of the menu, it is simple, but for lunch everything you need. I went with the half salad (spinach, strawberry and pecan) and half sandwich (turkey and pimento cheese). Yes it was good ! I even tried their cheesecake (with strawberries). Smooth Creamy Excellent There are so many places to eat in Tyler, but I highly recommend BB Bakes. When you find yourself in Tyler at lunch drive by and give them a try, you'll be glad you did. Go get Full
