Bidra med feedbackLast night away from home returning from our 1st vacation since the pandemic started. Waited too late to get the hotel I planned on as I was unaware Tyler was holding a big fair and pandemic delayed Rose Festival. Amazing room great customer service. Very clean and convenient location.
Compared to the average Motel 6, this is quite nice. Quiet and close to restaurants. Refrigerator, microwave, clean and comfortable. Desk and a table to work at. Spacious and very clean on both visits. King bed was very comfortable; mattress was not hard. Would recommend.
The hotel was a really good price, but just be aware that even though Tripadvisor says it has breakfast, there is no breakfast at all--maybe some coffee. Lobby area is very small with only one table. The only other issue we had was that during the night, the noise in the room next to us was waking me up--walls are not thick enough. It may have been the tv in the next room, but it shouldn't be loud enough to hear through the wall like that. Room was very clean and nice though, easy to access room from our car. Check-in was prompt.
This is one of those times I got what I paid for. I stayed here with my family for two night and unfortunately go the room right across from the pool which you would assume closes at 10PM. Our second night there was a large party going on at the pool complete with yelling, screaming, and music until management finally came down after refunding three other rooms due to noise. The rooms were tolerable at best. Maybe I just expected more than I should, not sure.
I was surprised by what kind of bed I got in my room (standard king bed room) because it was the same that you get in much more expensive hotels (like new Marriots or Hilton's) and the shower was also updated and very good. Breakfast and staff was average. Room was clean.
