Bidra med feedbackThe place was very clean. The food is not bad but not great. There is a lot of GF options our server Alicia was the best, very kind and knowledge about allergies and very cheerful.
I got the chicken teriyaki sandwich with bottomless garlic fries with call for doing sauce. It was all very delicious. I especially liked that a lot of things were bottomless. We had to wait 20 minutes to be seated, but once we got in the service was good. The people that attended to us were nice and friendly.
The parking lot was nearly empty. We were told that the wait was 15-20 minutes. Arrived at 8 pm. 1/2 of restaurant was empty, so not enough servers? Seated at 8:40. On the bright side, the service was great, and the food was excellent. Ice cream machine was broken, but otherwise, good job!
Understaffed but the staff that was there was working hard and getting the job done. Because of that, half the store was closed and their was a wait on a Sunday afternoon. It looked like they were training new people and some people had been called in because they weren't in uniform. When I was in the restaurant business there were restrictions on hair being pulled back. But I guess when you are understaffed you lighten up. The music was loud and a bit obnoxious for lunch so if you want to talk that's probably not the place to go. But if you want to watch football, there were plenty of TVs. Atmosphere seemed rushed and not very relaxing. Food was good though.
Hello…went there last night (party of 3) specifically because of the the limited deal of $10 for burger fries drink . We asked the waitress about it so she knew this was what we wanted. She said something about needing to order a soft drink or tea as the drink to get the deal. I ordered a beer and of course was not expecting to get a free beer but because I didn’t “order” a soft drink she didn’t give me the $10 deal! The 1st bill did not have a discount for any of our 3 orders (the other 2 orders had soft drink) so she adjusted those 2 to the correct price but not mine presumably because I didn’t “order” a soft drink or tea. After complaining she adjusted that order as well. Otherwise I will say the service was fast and the food was good. Just don’t like the bait and switch going on here.
