Little Caesars - Twin Falls

My only complaint is that there could be more meat on the meat lover's pizza. I essentially paid for a meat lover's pizza but only got pepperoni instead. It had a little bacon and 8 pieces of sausage. Other than that, we love this small restaurant.

I am extremely disappointed with my experience at this restaurant. My colleagues and I placed an order for multiple pizzas online, but when my husband went to pick it up, they claimed they had no record of it. As a result, our order was incorrect and we were charged twice for the same order. Furthermore, my pizza arrived uncut, forcing me to tear it apart to eat it. I will not be ordering from this restaurant again.

I waited 45 minutes for my order, despite ordering online an hour in advance. The pizza was left sitting on the counter for a long time. I used to be a loyal customer, but I will avoid going back until they improve their efficiency and service.

The crew who worked when I ordered Rocks! You know how to make a pizza. We are everywhere in the country and have eaten at many little caesars and somehow we always get the thin crust, although it is not what we ordered. We had the original pepperoni pizza with extra cheese and it was delicious. Cheese, hot and the crust was perfect. Also had a order of filled crazy bread and I wish I had ordered more! Put our order online and it said 30-35 minutes and it was ready approx. 10 minutes early, which was perfect timing, as we moved the email to us at the same time. The young lady was very polite and friendly.

The employees are very nice and helpful,but it's terrible how their corporate treats there employees there is no air conditioning in the summer only fans and they are working in there with all those ovens and expected to make pizzas at a fast rate while they are batteling heat exhaustion with sweat probably dripping into the pizza and bribed into wearing a mask for a dollar extra per hour which makes things hotter. I observed these poor loyal employees with bright red faces soaked hair and sweat soaked clothing trying to manage in extreme temps. Some employers will get away with whatever they can including abusive work conditions and uncomfortable bribes , this location needs to change what they consider a proper work atmosphere for living people who could perform better if they were kept comfortable so I'm giving this location a 4 star because the employees deserve a pat on the back but the owner needs to step up and take care of there employees.
