Jimmy John's - Twin Falls

We get the little johns when we feel a little hungry but don't want a full sandwich they are perfect. Always great service always fast.

Very good sandwiches. The French bread is what makes the sandwiches so good. I like The Pepe, Turkey Tom and The Veggie. I had no problem getting my sandwiches (ordered online) and they were ready when I arrived so I did not have to wait. The employees have stopped wearing masks but not sure if they have been vaxxed or not. It is Idaho so you never know, go in at your own risk I guess. I really enjoyed my sandwich too, it was made fresh and made the way I ordered it.

This place is alright, reason for 3 star is the sandwich was made sloppy, everything was hanging out with way too much juices in it.. I mean I needed 5 napkins just to contain the puddle. The Service from the gentleman was great, except for the food lol. If you hate the food and service industry then maybe consider being a sign holder for a construction company.

I ordered yesterday on the app at work for delivery. Once I finally got my sandwich, it was amazing as usual, but I was bummed it took so long. I sent my order and it was confirmed right away, but according to the tracking, it took 35 minutes to make one sandwich and almost another 15 to be delivered when it’s 2.5 miles away. I ordered Jimmy Johns because they’ve always been super quick in the past until yesterday.

Asked for a SIDE of peppers and they wrapped it up and put it with a sandwich which was for someone that hates peppers. When I told the them I don't want those peppers with that sandwich, I was ignored. So I asked if they had a little container to put them in and she said NOPE!! JUST RUDE!! POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!! If I'm going to spend $20.00 for two sandwiches I want then done right and with a smile.
