Arby's - Tustin

I'm trying the new fish sandwich. While it looked better than the other place it wasn't much better. I was better off, but it wasn't. The service was fine and there were not many people at noon. Quality seemed good. I could come back and try one of the regular sandwiches.

I love Arby's. But, I went twice recently and ordered food to go from the clerk at the counter. The first time they left out one of the items which caused me to have to go back to get it. Knowing they could leave an item out when I went the second time I opened the bag to confirm I had everything. All was good until I got home. This time I had two grilled fish sandwiches instead of two grilled chicken sandwiches. The fish sandwiches were clearly marked on the receipt but, after you pay they only give you a receipt for the payment, it does not show what was ordered. The full receipt is put in the bag when the order is given to you. So, you cannot look at what they are going to give you until the bag is already full. I suggest you look carefully at the receipt after getting your food AND check to see if it is actually in the bag. Two trips, two different failures. Not a good track record.

I recently tried the new fish sandwich, and it's quite good! The piece of fish is significantly larger than what you get at other fast-food spots. It's cooked just right, with a nice crispy exterior and a tender, flaky interior. Right now, they're offering 2 for $6, which is a great deal!

They are now permanently closed. I just stopped by at 6:00, and their signs are down; the lobby is completely empty of furniture, and there’s nothing left inside. I'm so sad. I've loved this Arby’s and have been coming here for 10 years. The owners did a great job over the years, and the service was always outstanding. I’m so sorry to see you as another casualty of COVID. My heart goes out to you.

Where is the Arby's sign?! I've always eaten here. I passed by the ANNEX and saw nothing but Habit Burger signs on the outside of the building. All the Arby's signs have been taken down. I guess Arby's is no longer here, so I drove another 15 minutes to Orange to find another Arby's I checked.
